He was very responsive to texts and calls when I reached out for information and always made sure I received any information I needed. He made the whole process feel simple and made me feel like my business was his top priority. In the end, he was able to arrange the exact payment we were looking for on the exact vehicle we picked out. It was definitely the easiest and best car buying experience I have had. Additionally, everyone I encountered at the dealership couldn't have been any nicer. It really is a friendly and relaxing environment. That can't be said of all dealerships in the area. For anyone in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Toyota South. It was very much worth the quick drive down from Lexington and blew away the prices and service we received when working with Lexington dealerships. A+ experience.

Margaret Tapia3 days agoHands down the best customer service of any Toyota dealership I have ever visited. Lillie (service department) was so accommodating and patient with my schedule and explaining the services to me. The maintenance on my car was done efficiently and expertly. Janet was so nice at check out and made sure I understood exactly what was on my receipt so I knew exactly what I was paying for and what was covered under warranty. I was surprised to see they even washed my car when I picked it up. My experience at Toyota South exceeded every expectation I had and I will never buy another Toyota in Lexington again.

Josh helped me so much just by being very knowledgeable about the cars I looked at. He took me to Selena to finish everything up with ease. She was very pleasant to deal with. Renee Cairo1 week agoI did not buy my Prius from here. But I have gotten it serviced here for the past 5 years and I couldn't ask for better service. The price is right. The service is professional and excellent and I am greeted cordially. The waiting area is comfortable and the bottled water, hot drinks and cookies are a plus, if you not on a diet. I will definitely purchase my next Toyota here at Gates Toyota South. Keep up the GREAT work!

Neil D.1 week agoWe've just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Toyota South we purchased our first back in 2005 (still driving it to work every day) and each of my sons have purchased their vehicles there. I live 1hour and 20 minutes away from Richmond and when I need service it's no problem, they come and get my vehicle, leave me a loaner and bring it back to my house when they're done , no charge. Don't even consider another dealer.

All of the staff were helpful and happy to answer any questions, their attitudes made the car buying experience worth while. AND the car is everything you could ask for.

Jamie Bauknight1 month agoChase Freeman and the folks at Toyota South made this the easiest car buying experience ever. Chase was responsive to all of my questions, but never pushy. The car was exactly as advertised and ready for us to drive when we arrived from two hours away. The whole process was straightforward with zero surprises. An hour after we arrived we were driving away completely satisfied with the entire experience. And all this careful attention over an $8K car. Thanks to Chase and folks at Toyota South!
