How long is the TMMK VSPP available?

The VSPP program is evaluated quarterly to ensure continued availability. Current program availability extends through 2025.

Who is eligible for the TMMK program?

The program is available to eligible TMMK employees and retirees, plus anyone in their household sharing the same address. Company fleet sales are not eligible for VSPP pricing.

How do I participate in the program?

Eligible TMMK employees must obtain a VSPP Buyer's Certificate online. Each certificate is valid for one transaction and must be presented to Toyota South during the sales process.

What identification do I need?

You'll need:

• Valid VSPP Buyer's Certificate with your name
• Current TMMK employee ID or pay stub (retirees need company letterhead verification)
• Driver's license matching the certificate name or household address

How is the VSPP "Preferred Price" calculated?

The preferred price is calculated as:

• Dealer's Manufacturer Invoice Price
• MINUS applicable regional incentives
• PLUS dealer-installed options/accessories
• PLUS applicable taxes, title, and registration fees

Can I negotiate the price?

No negotiation is permitted on the vehicle's invoice components. However, you can negotiate dealer-installed options and trade-in values.

How many vehicles can I purchase?

The program limits purchases to no more than 2 vehicles per eligible employee and their family members.

Can I combine VSPP with other incentives?

VSPP pricing already includes applicable incentives. Military and Recent College Graduate incentives may be combined, but other regional offers cannot be stacked with VSPP benefits.
