Making the purchase was very easy and painless thanks to you and the rest of the staff at the Toyota South. I have purchased cars from Lexington dealers and also another car dealer in Richmond and the experience was always stressful and unpleasant. John in the finance department was wonderful he explained everything and when I left I didn't feel like I had any unanswered questions.
