Toyota is facing a span of lower than average production due to lingering supply chain interruptions due to the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Instead of complaining about it, Toyota has taken a positive approach by encouraging employees to help with service projects in the community and paying them for it

Finalists for the Toyota 100 Cars for Good Program Are Announced
In an effort to reward "good" work, Toyota is awarding 100 non-profits with a Toyota vehicle between May 9th and August 16th. Now that the 500 finalists have been announced Toyota needs your help to decide which non-profits should be awarded the vehicles.
Back in March, non-profits had the opportunity to submit their organization for consideration. An independent panel of judges chose the finalists and it's up to the masses...
